Aqua Aerobics

*STARTS 26TH APRIL*
Aqua aerobics is suitable for anyone and everyone that is looking to develop their fitness. With the music playing (and hopefully the sun shining), our outdoor sessions have that holiday feel! (Minimum age 16)

Day: Wednesday & Friday mornings (Wednesdays begin 1st May)

Time: 9:30-10:15am

Pay per Class: £4 Members / £6 Non-Members
Pay for 5 Classes:
£18 Members / £28 Non-Members

Circuits (Land-Based)

*STARTS 25TH APRIL*
This session uses land-based activities to improve endurance, strength and overall fitness. With different exercises every session, this class is suitable for all abilities. Our circuits will take place on the main lawn of the Lido in all weathers, so be prepared to get wet if the lovely British weather doesn't cooperate... (Minimum age 16)

Day: Monday & Thursday evenings / Saturday mornings

Time: 7:30-8:15pm / 8:30-9:15am

Pay per Class: £4 Members / £6 Non-Members
Pay for 5 Classes:
£18 Members / £28 Non-Members

Bootcamp (Land and Water-Based)

*STARTS 23RD APRIL*
This class involves a mixture of land and water-based exercises, which can be adapted to all levels of fitness and swimming abilities. These sessions are always different and are aimed to be fun and enjoyable with a real community feel. Our Bootcamp is ideal for those wanting to improve overall fitness in a group environment. (Minimum age 16)

Day: Tuesday mornings

Time: 6:30-7:15am

Pay per Class: £4 Members / £6 Non-Members
Pay for 5 Classes: £18 Members / £28 Non-Members

'Couch to 5K' Running Course

*FIRST COURSE STARTS 4TH MAY*
Join us for an 8-week course to get yourself running 5K! This course will include a weekly group training session PLUS a personalised plan for individual exercises. Perfect for anyone who wants to mix fitness with social. This course will consist of a variety of elements, including improving your technique with drills on the Lido lawn, as well as building up your endurance on routes around the local area. (Minimum age 13)

Day: Saturday mornings

Time: 9:30-10:30am

Pay Upfront for 8 Weeks: £40 Members / £48 Non-Members
Pay Weekly:
£6 Members / £7 Non-Members

Swim for Fitness

*STARTS 23RD APRIL*
Join Anthony, our 'Lido Swim Master', for a coached session designed to improve your endurance, stroke and technique. This class is ideal for anyone looking to develop their skill for a triathlon or swimming event, or simply to develop their fitness. (Minimum age 13)

Day: Tuesday mornings

Time: 6:30-8am (drop in when you like or swim for the whole session)

Pay per Class: £4 Members / £6 Non-Members
Pay for 5 Classes:

Yoga

*STARTS 27TH APRIL*
This class uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation and is suitable for all abilities. Yoga helps to improve health and happiness - its main goals are physical and mental health. Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. This class is either held on the main lawn or on the cafe verandas - weather dependent!. (Minimum age 16)

Pilates

This is a floor-based class focused on improving flexibility and stability by strengthening muscles - in particular, the torso-stabilising muscles of the abdomen and lower back. The Tuesday & Thursday classes will take place in the cafe or on the lawn and the Wednesday & Friday classes on the lawn or cafe verandas (weather dependent).

Core Blast

*STARTS 22ND APRIL*
This high-intensity 15-minute session focuses on strengthening your core and lower back muscles. A great workout on its own, or straight after a circuits class!

Day: Monday evenings

Time: 8:15pm-8:30pm

Pay per Class: £1.50 Members / £3 Non-Members
Pay for 5 Classes:
£6 Members / £12 Non-Members
